Freshness: Baked goods are best when they are fresh. Customers appreciate bakeries that prioritize freshness by baking goods daily or multiple times a day.
Customer Service: Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff can enhance the overall experience. Customers are more likely to return to a bakery where they feel welcomed and valued.
Price: Competitive pricing is essential. While quality is crucial, customers also consider the affordability of your products.
